At ExoPups, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! All items are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

At ExoPups, we’re delighted to provide FREE standard shipping with tracking on all orders. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 10 business days after shipping. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances. Our warehouses are located both in the USA and internationally to serve you better.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ExoPups is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
