At ExoPups, we’re confident you’ll love your new product! However, if you need to return it for any reason, please read the details below.
Returns
- You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
- If an item shows signs of use or excessive handling, we may deduct up to 20% from your refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs, which are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- Please keep your proof of postage in case of any issues.
Packaging
- Ensure all returned items are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Processing Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
- For faulty items that are not being returned, please provide photographic evidence, and we’ll take care of the issue right away.
