How to order?
Ordering from our store is easy! Browse our collection of premium pet products, select your items, and add them to your cart. When you're ready to checkout, click the cart icon and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. How long will it take to get my package?
At ExoPups, we provide FREE Standard Shipping with tracking on all orders. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 10 business days after shipping. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances. Our warehouses are located both in the USA and internationally to serve you better.

Return and Refund
At ExoPups, we’re confident you’ll love your new product! However, if you need to return it for any reason, please check out the details below.
Returns can be made within 30 days, and we ask that items be in their original, undamaged packaging. If a product shows signs of use or excessive handling, we may need to deduct up to 20% from your refund. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Please keep your proof of postage in case of any issues. Ensure all items are packaged securely in their original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. For faulty items not being returned, please provide photographic evidence, and we’ll take care of it right away.
How to Cancel My Order
We understand that sometimes things change! If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Promptly: Reach out to our customer service team at support@exopups.com or use the contact form on our website.
Provide Order Details: Include your order number and any relevant details in your message to help us process your request more efficiently.
Cancellation Timeframe: Please note that we can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours, so it’s important to contact us quickly!
Confirmation: Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for further instructions.

Why can’t I log into my account?
